Arrival at Fez Sais airport, where our guide will meet you and transfer you to your Riad located in the heart of the medina. Depending on your arrival time, there may be an opportunity to explore a part of Fez. Dinner and accommodation in the Riad.
After breakfast, begin your guided tour of Fez. Explore the new city, visit the royal palace, the Jewish quarter (Mellah), and enjoy panoramic views of the medina from the South Tower. Walk through the UNESCO-listed ancient medina, with its labyrinthine streets, guilds, and bustling atmosphere. Dinner and accommodation in the Riad.
Travel south through the Middle Atlas Mountains to Ifrane, known as 'the little Moroccan Switzerland.' Visit the cedar forests and encounter the Barbary macaque monkeys. Enjoy lunch in Midelt and continue through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, gateway to the desert. Arrive at the stunning dunes of Merzouga, where you can witness a breathtaking sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel near the dunes.
After breakfast, explore the Erg Chebbi dunes by 4WD vehicle. Visit the two oases of Merzouga, the village of Khamlia, and the Tissardmine oasis.
